Van Pelt & Van Pelt, P.C. is a law firm dedicated to serving clients in the areas of Dissolution of Marriage, Adoption (independent, agency, interstate, and international), legal separations, modification of prior judgments, paternity actions, personal injury cases, and appeals of cases.

We represent clients, large and small, in the pursuit of justice. Our primary objective is the service of our clients.

The firm consists of two attorneys representing over 54 years of cumulative experience. Richard Van Pelt is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.
