The firm consists of two attorneys representing over 46 years of cumulative experience. Richard Van Pelt is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America in each edition since 2001, for Family Law. Kay Van Pelt is a member of the of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.
